Founded as a small electronics distributor in 2003 in Mozambique, Logos has grown into a multinational organisation with fourteen outlets in eight countries.
Logos has evolved into an organization focused on being the continental leading distributor of relevant electronic and electrical products. Logos also has an adept projects division which embarks on power-related projects across sub-Saharan Africa.
At Logos the emphasis is placed on customer centricity. Our team is focused on developing methods to market for each product and then relentlessly pursuing efficiencies in getting these products to those markets through the most effective ways possible.
We invest in infrastructure where necessary to overcome logistical hurdles endemic with Africa.
OUR AFRICAN STRATEGY
Logos recognises the diversity and strengths of the African continent. We believe in local employment, local leadership and local development. Where further efficiencies can be achieved through local assembly we have invested in assembly plants and created local employment through this initiative.
Africa demands relevant technology and we are thus very aware of quality and innovation. We adopt a three-tier innovation approach. Firstly, we work with carefully chosen partners who develop products based on the needs of Africans. Secondly, we collaborate with independent innovators across the continent encouraging local development. And lastly, we coordinate our efforts through a centralized research and development centre. Logos team members have been the recipients of several recognitions and awards in the name of innovation, technology and design.
As passionate, committed distributors of technology hardware, we endeavour to understand the needs of our customers, to guide them responsibly through a deep understanding of the solutions, firm in the knowledge that what we offer is relevant to an ever changing world.
